More than 1,000 professional testing and experimental equipment, many of which are the best brands in the industry.

SETsafe | SETfuse has passed the quality (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, German TUV certification, certification). And there are annual and quarterly supervision and audit. SETsafe | SETfuse product quality has strict quality standards from Product Design, Raw Material Selection, Supplier Selection, Audit, Incoming Material Inspection(IQC), Online Inspection, Function Test(FQC, QCFC), and Shipment Inspection(OQC). Reliability Test

Each product has a reliability test test specification (01-TE-01-XXX) document, and the reliability test of the product is carried out according to the document, such as vibration, drop, high and low temperature cycle and other experiments (the reliability items of each product are different, It needs to be executed according to the corresponding file).

 

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)

Use AQL (MIL-STD-105E, GB/T2828.1-2012) sampling to inspect packaging, labels, quantities, product traceability numbers and other items, and 100% confirmation of customer special requirements.
